Ingredients
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash vanilla extract
- 3 T milk
- 1 egg
- 3 T oil
- 3 T sugar, white
- 1/4 c flour
- 2 T cocoa powder
- melt butter in microwave (in mug)
- stir butter, sugars, and salt in
- stir in egg yolk and do not use egg white!
- add flour and cocoa powder and stir again
- add choc. chunks (or chips)
- stir until well-mixed
- cook abt 45 secs in microwave. time may vary. do not overcook.
- serve hot and
P.S. for a more coffee-like mug cake, add 1-1/2 T inst. coffee. stir until well-mixed.
